1. Conduct INSET training for teachers development according to their needs.

2. Records teachers and pupils performance.

3. Keeps tracking record for pupils effieciency and effectiveness record

4. Conducts HR-PTA meeting every grading period

5. Provides different activities for pupils development and values formation.
